BUT WE CAN EMPOWER KIDS TO SAY NO

People who want to harm our kids offer a counterfeit version of what we all need--connection and care. Did you know that many traffickers lure kids in with clothes and shoes?

When we give vulnerable kids real connection, community, and brand new, dignity-giving clothing, we meet their needs before traffickers get to them.

Our prevention effort is modeled after a proven program with a 16-year track record of giving foster and at-risk youth dignity through [vetted, trained] caring volunteers in a private, shame-free boutique that allows them to choose 5 brand new, fashion current outfits, one pair of shoes, socks, undies, and a coat in the winter. The clothing is purchased wholesale, so the cost is only $130 per kid!

Volunteers provide a warm meal and a caring connection. The clothing meets a need that helps to alleviate the shame of poverty and family dysfunction. Together, they provide dignity.

A gourmet dinner will be served in the main dining room overlooking the beautiful Vegas skyline from 6-8pm by Southern Highlands Golf Club executive chef, Terry Redihan, and his outstandng team. 

Information about the problem of child trafficking and proposed solutions will be provided in a brief overview followed by lively dinner conversation with friends and neighbors who care about our community.
