PREVENT CHILD TRAFFICKING
Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) refers to a range of crimes and activities involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child for the financial benefit of any person or in exchange for anything of value (including monetary and non-monetary benefits) given or received by any person.
Child trafficking is child abuse for the entertainment and profit or others.
It is a heinous, violent crime, and it must be stopped. ​​
Child Trafficking Is Happening But We Can Stop It
The sale of children for sex is PREVENTABLE. We're working with anti-trafficking stakeholders in Las Vegas, Nevada to prevent the trafficking of children. If we can prevent it here, YOU can prevent it in your hometown.

People who want to harm our kids offer a counterfeit version of what we all need--connection and care. Did you know that many traffickers lure kids in with clothes, shoes, food and fake concern?
When we give vulnerable kids real connection, community, and brand new, dignity-giving clothing, we meet these basic needs so they're not as vulnerable to traffickers. While doing this, we can also educate kids on the tricks of traffickers so that they are better able to protect themselves.
Our prevention effort is modeled after a proven program with a 16-year track record of giving foster and at-risk youth dignity through vetted, trained, caring volunteers in a private, shame-free boutique that allows them to choose 5 brand new, fashion current outfits, one pair of shoes, socks, undies, and a coat in the winter. The clothing is purchased wholesale, so the cost is only $130 per child!
Vetted, trauma-informed trained volunteers provide a healthy, caring connection, help with clothing selection, and an anti-trafficking kit. The clothing meets a need that helps to alleviate the shame of poverty and family dysfunction. Plus appropriate clothing gives teens a better chance of hire in a job interview. Together, all of this gives dignity to kids who desperately need it.
