7 REASONS TO SUPPORT SUCCESSFUL SURVIVORS

  1. Successful Survivors Foundation is necessary because 70% of adults in the U.S. have experienced some type of traumatic event at least once in their lives. (www.thenationalcouncil.org) 

  2. People who have experienced trauma, especially childhood trauma, are far more susceptible to depression, physical ailments, unhealthy relationships (including domestic violence), suicide, and more. BUT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY! Victims of trauma are strong, resilient survivors! 

  3. Survivors are strengthened in healthy relationships and within a community of people who understand us.

  4. When we mine the lessons out of what we’ve been through, we can use them to create successful lives.

  5. Funding SSF improves the lives of victims of trauma, thereby strengthening our families, stopping the cycles of abuse and poverty, and improving the profitability of the companies we work for and the quality of the communities we live in. 

  6. SSF is an IRS designated educational non-profit organization, so donations are tax deductible. 

  7. We can squeeze $10 out of $1, and we will never overspend on non-essential things that do not lead to positive impact!
